What is Information Technology
Support (ITS)?
Most medium and large companies have dedicated on-staff personal
or outsourced service providers that provide the on-going
support for their Information Technology (IT) infrastructure.
This support ˗ which include
technical support, and system administration
˗ ensures that their IT infrastructure meet the
on-going computing and
networking requirements of the business. Some large corporations allocate twenty percent
(or more) of their
total operating budgets to supporting their IT infrastructure.
Unfortunately, most small businesses to not financial resources
required to either outsource their IT infrastructure or to
employ a full-time IT staff. In many instances, the day-to-day
support of the computers and networks (typical small business network) installed at small
businesses is either not done by anyone. However, if a major
software, hardware, or networking problem occur, the company's
computers and/or networks could be inoperative for hours (or
sometimes days). Our Information Technology Support (ITS) can
provide a complete range of tech support and sysadmin services
for your business at a fraction of the cost of either employing
your own on-staff technicians, or outsourcing your IT support
function to a managed IT service provider. We can provide a
comprehensive set of professional technical support and system
administration services to your company at rates that are less
than half of the $79/hr-to-99/hr. rates charged by many of our
competitors.
Small Business Computer Management
Services (SBCMS)
Although we provide a wide-range of IT
services, we specialize in the management and support of the
Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 personal computers installed at
most small businesses. Many of our small business customers have between
two and twenty-five computers, and none have on-staff personnel with the
required technical
expertise to manage and support these systems on an on-going
basis. Our Small Business Computer Management Services (SBCMS) ensures that
our customer's computers perform at
the optimal level during their complete life-cycle. In many
instances, SMCMS can extend the productive life-cycle of your
installed computers from three to five years.

Upgrading or Donating Your Outdated
Computer Systems
Inexpensive Upgrades
If it appears that your PCs have reached the
end of their lifecycle or not capable of supporting the required
business function, we will determine if an inexpensive
hardware upgrade (RAM, disk, CPU, ...) will add more years to
the productive
life-cycle of these computers. Upgrading and re-using your existing computers will
save your company hundreds of dollars per year over this extended
life-cycle, and also could help protect our fragile environment.
Donating Computer to Charity
If we are unable to economically upgrade
your outdated compers, we will find a suitable charitable or
educational institution to which these computers can be donated.
Prior to doing this, we will backup all data files and perform a
complete reformat reformat of all hard disk installed on these
computer system. Finally, we will complete the Noncash
Charitable Contriburions form (Form 8283) describing the type
and value of each computer to be donated.
